Overview
We are working with a leading hospitality business who are looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Finance Business Partner to join a well-established, qualified commercial department.
This is a newly formed role that has been developed with a clear succession plan for an ambitious individual to grow and develop with the business. You will directly support the Head of Commercial finance by partnering with the marketing department to deliver budgets, projections and forecast across a number of exciting projects.
As you gain confidence with this role you will lead important revenue projects and will be encouraged to put your stamp on the role by implementing process improvement within the budget cycle. As diligent individual you will be able to identify areas for enhancement regarding cost control and will advise on how to execute improvements.
What is required?
- Be a qualified accountant by ACA/ACCA/CIMA. This opportunity would be best suited to an individual who has recently achieved this qualification and is looking for their next step up.
- Have experience working within a large business. Experience working within retail would be particularly advantageous.
- Be confident in your communication skills. This role will see you liaise with and present complex to different teams across the business.
- Possess strong excel skills. This will enable you to hit the ground running with ad-hoc projects and effectively implement process improvements.
