We are working with a leading organisation in Birmingham that is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who wants to work in a dynamic and growing business, influencing key strategic decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial insight and strategic support to senior stakeholders, helping to drive performance and profitability. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams, providing financial guidance and challenge
- Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and financial models to support decision-making
- Producing and presenting management reports for senior leadership
- Supporting business cases for investment and process improvements
The successful candidate for this Finance Business Partner role will have:
- A fully qualified accounting background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to influence and challenge senior leadership
- Degree in accountancy, business, economics.
- A competitive salary of up to £65,000
