Finance Business Partner

I am excited to be supporting an organisation in Birmingham in their search for a Finance Business Partner to join their team for an 8 month contract to cover the end of maternity leave. This is a key role to drive and support strategic, financial and operational performance of the business.

Description

The Finance Business Partner's duties will include but are not limited to:

• Develop effective financial strategies to support organisational goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and manage budgets.
• Provide financial insights to influence decision-making processes.
• Analyse and interpret financial data to identify areas of potential cost reduction.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
• Identify business concerns for budget holders and offer proactive solution.
• Budget setting with senior stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should:

• Be part ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Have demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
