Description
The Finance Business Partner's duties will include but are not limited to:
- Develop effective financial strategies to support organisational goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and manage budgets.
- Provide financial insights to influence decision-making processes.
- Analyse and interpret financial data to identify areas of potential cost reduction.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Identify business concerns for budget holders and offer proactive solution.
- Budget setting with senior stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should:
- Be part ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Have demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
