  • To take full responsibility for budgetary reports, cost planning and preparation of reporting packs to Board Level including management and statutory accounts.
  • Provide Board support on commercial matters such as debt financing with a view to leading these relationships.
  • A strong appreciation and understanding of Commercial returns and an ability to analytically analyses, produce and manipulate appraisals. Understand the key variables.
  • Take responsibility for internal reporting and forecasting on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Development Appraisal and delivery experience would be highly desirable.
  • Lead, manage and mentor the existing small accounts team to fulfill their best potential.

  • Strong belief in own ability and proven track record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytically minded yet able to demonstrate commercial acumen.
  • Can be relied on to make independent decisions in the best interests of the company and to take charge and control of certain projects, proposals and management decisions.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture, recognizing future investment potential, business opportunities, and their impact on the strategy of existing entities and new projects.
  • Able to articulate financial and commercial arguments and present concise, accurate and timely information.
  • Will be keen to learn and develop with over 5 years of industry experience, allowing them to contribute effectively from day one.
