An opportunity to be a Client Accountant/Finance Manager for a service business based in Birmingham City Centre. It’s an international company with offices all across the globe, which has been operating for over 100 years.
Main Duties:
As a Client Accountant/Finance Manager your main duties include:
- Preparation and presentation of financial data during client meetings, proactively managing client expectations.
- Ensuring client accounting services are thorough, accurate, and completed within set deadlines.
- Analysing problems and proposing and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Contributing to departmental efficiency, quality, and profitability targets.
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and maintain or enhance output quality
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and accounting standards
Location / Office / Culture
The role is based at the fantastic office in Birmingham City Centre. They operate a hybrid working policy of 1-day a week in the office and are super flexible with working hours. They have a large finance team who are all super friendly.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least three years experience in property finance
- The ability to work directly with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
