- Oversee the daily operations of the finance department while driving the development of the finance function to align with the business’ strategic objectives.
- Accurately process and record financial transactions, including invoices.
- Manage debt collection activities to ensure timely payments from clients and customers.
- Oversee creditors and payables, including bill processing and conducting monthly reconciliations.
- Handle team expense submissions.
- Maintain up-to-date and precise financial records.
- Preparation of payroll and modelling / designing bonus schemes and payments for global teams.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and refine financial forecasts.
- Development of P&L's for multiple divisions and departments.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of departmental budgets to include designing dashboards for leadership finance meetings.
- Identify and support finance team growth.
- Deliver clear and timely reports on departmental budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, accounting, business administration, or other relevant fields.
- Solid knowledge of Xero accounting package.
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working with multi-national tax jurisdictions.
- Experience with multi-currency and global operations (advantageous).
