The RoleIn this newly created position, you’ll step into a fast-paced, global environment where no two days are the same. Managing multiple currencies and time zones, your responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance department while driving the development of the finance function to align with the business’ strategic objectives.
  • Accurately process and record financial transactions, including invoices.
  • Manage debt collection activities to ensure timely payments from clients and customers.
  • Oversee creditors and payables, including bill processing and conducting monthly reconciliations.
  • Handle team expense submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date and precise financial records.
  • Preparation of payroll and modelling / designing bonus schemes and payments for global teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and refine financial forecasts.
  • Development of P&L's for multiple divisions and departments.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of departmental budgets to include designing dashboards for leadership finance meetings.
  • Identify and support finance team growth.
  • Deliver clear and timely reports on departmental budgets.
The successful Finance Manager will require:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, accounting, business administration, or other relevant fields.
  • Solid knowledge of Xero accounting package.
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working with multi-national tax jurisdictions.
  • Experience with multi-currency and global operations (advantageous).
