Our client is seeking a motivated and adaptable Finance Manager to take ownership of UK finance operations, reporting, and compliance. This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid environment, working closely with finance teams across diferent regions while interacting with senior stakeholders and key partners in the UK.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

  • Oversee all UK finance operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and tax compliance
  • Manage cash flow, including forecasting and cash collection, ensuring robust treasury management
  • Drive process improvements and implement strong financial controls across all operations
  • Deliver monthly financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to the UK Senior Management team, Finance Director, and Group Finance team
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements, including VAT returns and annual filings
  • Collaborate with external advisors and auditors during the year-end financial statement process
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business cases for new initiatives, offering financial analysis to support strategic decisions

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications of the Finance Manager:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building robust relationships with senior management and external partners
  • Experience in financial control and business performance management, with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
