Overview

Our client, a stable and family oreintated Logistics group located in north Birmingham, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their cosy accounts function. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the transactional ledgers alongside the reporting process to management. This will include all payables and receivbles, payroll and VAT submissions.

The chosen candidate will play a vital role in managing the businesses finances whilst reporting into the director and laising with the company accountant. This is a position that suits someone comfortable in a stand alone position.

Skills required

  • Ideally, you should have prior experience in a management role.
  • Exposure to working with payroll on monthly and weekly basis.
  • Ideally, you should be a part-qualified accountant or you can be Qualified by Experience.
  • Technically sound Excel skills will be beneficial to refine any processes.
