Reporting directly to the dedicated Financial Director responsible for a particular contract, you will take on a mentoring role, providing unwavering support to your team members both within and beyond the office environment. This specialist clientele, primarily within the property sector, needs a candidate who possesses familiarity with pertinent elements such as IFRS16, Service Charge, and Rent accounting. Your responsibilities will encompass managing month-end processes across different sites. This encompasses a spectrum of tasks, ranging from accruals and prepayments to budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and addressing multifaceted inquiries that arise.

Skills required

  • Experience in property-related accounting, encompassing IFRS16, Service Charge, and Rent accounting.
  • Preferably, a finalist or partially qualified accountant; candidates with substantial experience (QBE) will also be duly considered.
  • Intrinsic experience in management or supervision, an essential facet of this role.
  • Adept communication acumen, particularly in contexts involving direct client interactions.
