- Preparation of monthly management accounts with variance analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting and working capital requirements.
- Manage the preparation of year-end accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns along with other statutory filings, ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Maintain strong financial controls and implement improvements where necessary to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and develop the finance team, providing coaching and support for their growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a similar-sized organisation.
- Ability to manage a team effectively.
