Our client, is seeking a Finance Manager to provide strategic financial oversight, ensuring compliance and sustainability while working closely with the CEO and executive team. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:- Oversee financial strategy, governance, and compliance
- Ensure robust financial controls and reporting, supporting long-term sustainability
- Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with charity and company finance regulations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Lead and support a small finance team
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team
- ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and oversee a small finance team
- Strategic mindset, with hands-on financial expertise
