Our Services client based near Solihull have been experiencing year on year growth organically thanks to the offering of new products, and are now looking to bring a Finance Manager into the team to assist the Financial Director with the day to day running of the department. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to work in a niche industry and have a hands-on role supporting the growth of colleagues and spearheading reporting to make a difference.
The successful applicant will be afforded fantastic commercial exposure as they partner with a host of internal stakeholders to deliver analysis and investigate concerns with budget holders. You will be working closely with the board to present management reporting packs, cashflow reports and revenue analysis. An exciting part of this role is the adhoc analysis that you will be able to able to complete for the wider business.
Skills required
- You will be expected to currently be studying for your CIMA/ACCA with a view to complete in your next role, so preferably finalist level.
- Previous experience in a management role, or exposure to supervising/training teams is essential as you will be leading a small team.
- Have previously been in a position developing management report packs, and have compiled budgets and forecasts.
- Be a genuine, warm and optimistic character looking for progression, that the rest of the team can use as a mentor.
