  • Achieving sales targets and managing major accounts, driving business development opportunities.
  • Developing new business opportunities and action plans for new purchase order placement.
  • Monitoring sales activity on major contracts and reporting weekly on targets, gaps, and recovery plans.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activity, advising the Director of Sales on significant developments.
  • Leading conflict resolution and ensuring compliance with long-term agreements, conducting quarterly customer reviews to align with P&L objectives.
German Speaking Account ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Fluent knowledge of written and spoken German
  • Strong experience of sales and account management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • EU and UK travel will be an essential part of this role, the ideal candidate must be willing to travel overseas on a weekly basis.
