- Achieving sales targets and managing major accounts, driving business development opportunities.
- Developing new business opportunities and action plans for new purchase order placement.
- Monitoring sales activity on major contracts and reporting weekly on targets, gaps, and recovery plans.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activity, advising the Director of Sales on significant developments.
- Leading conflict resolution and ensuring compliance with long-term agreements, conducting quarterly customer reviews to align with P&L objectives.
- Fluent knowledge of written and spoken German
- Strong experience of sales and account management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- EU and UK travel will be an essential part of this role, the ideal candidate must be willing to travel overseas on a weekly basis.
