Broster Buchanan are working with a high growth consumer goods company to recruit a Head of Finance to be based in the West Midlands. As Head of Finance you will have responsibility for reporting, planning and analysis and act as a trusted advisor for business leaders to assist decision making and improve financial performance.Key responsibilities will include
  • Building partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers, stakeholders and their teams providing financial support to commercial decision making.
  • Overseeing financial control activities, e.g. managing month-end close process
  • Challenging assumptions, influence decisions and make recommendations for efficiency improvements in order to sustain growth.
  • Demonstrating thought leadership by presenting alternative recommendations to existing approaches
  • Manage and develop high performing team.
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/ CIMA qualified with strong business partnering and analytical skills. Effective stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
