Reporting into the Finance Director, the business is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial and administrative functions across the company and its subsidiaries.The ideal candidate will be very hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially astute, with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for the management of financial and administrative functionsTo be a member of the Senior Management Team, understanding the key business challenges and work with the relevant senior members todeliver plans.Manage UK & DE team of accounts staff, covering credit control, sales, and purchase ledger management.Cash Management/treasury responsibility with multiple UK and non-UK bank accounts in GBP, EUR, USD, CHF, and PLN.Stock management, working with Logistics Manager, with consideration of impact on general cashflowResponsible for Accounts operations of our Netsuite ERP system, including postings to nominal ledger.Timely preparation of company financial information - monthly reporting to Senior management team on group trading activities and balance sheet showing all Assets and Liabilities.Company and Tax Reporting requirementsVAT, Intrastat, and EC Sales ReportingPreparation and monitoring of annual budgets.
