Joining this Firm's Assurance team you will be entering a dynamic division that offers a variety of opportunities providing confidence, on the most complex decisions companies have to take.Your new roleAs this Firm's Innovation & Capital Incentives Manager, you will be providing clients with advice to meet their tax obligations, managing the impact tax has on their business. Advising clients on local and overseas tax affairs, business analysis, managing working capital and profit sharing for partners. Supporting clients in understanding the pricing implications of goods and services and providing advice on tax implications of deals, ensuring tax compliance, increasing post-tax profits to achieve the best corporate tax practices. Key Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of Capital Allowance and R&D clients and project deliver
  • Preparation of R&D and Capital Allowance claims for submission to HMRC
  • Manage client engagements and develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing responses to HMRC regarding queries on Capital Allowance or R&D claims
  • Advising clients and internal stakeholders on tax technical points
  • Supervising junior team members
  • Helping identify and develop new opportunities

What you'll need to succeedAs the Innovation and Capital Incentives Manager, you will be experienced in capital allowance or R&D, with exposure to UK R&D tax incentive regimes across a range of industries.
