Insolvency & Restructuring Manager Opportunity - SALARY NEGOTIABLE

Ambition is working with a Top 10 accountancy practice that is looking to continue its impressive growth within the insolvency & restructuring space by hiring a Restructuring Manager for their Birmingham office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a highly successful team and business. It could also provide a rare opportunity for someone coming from a purely formal insolvency background to be trained up on advisory projects.

This is a firm that has an excellent reputation in the wider market. It's also worth noting that the majority of the current partner group in I&R developed their careers internally.

This team focusses on both formal insolvency and advisory. On the formal side, this will be predominantly Administrations although they will also work on high-value liquidations. On the advisory side, it will include projects such as independent business reviews, option reviews and accelerated sales processes.

In this role, you will be offering advice and support to the senior management team, including the supervision of restructuring and recovery processes through from planning to review and completion. You will also play a role in developing staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with corporate insolvency, particularly administrations.
  • High desirable: Previous experience with advisory projects, particularly IBRs.
  • High desirable: JIEB or ACA/ACCA qualification.
