- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Provide detailed analysis of financial performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage relationships with external partners.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, particularly within Arabic-speaking markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Finance Director, CFO, or similar senior financial leadership role.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic (essential).
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate multicultural environments.
- Experience working within the MENA region is a strong advantage.
