Programme Director – Outside IR35 - Hybrid options available
We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead large-scale core system transformations and upgrades. This role requires strategic oversight and deep technical knowledge, particularly in regulated sectors like banking, legal, or insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead core system transformation initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Manage complex stakeholder environments across multiple business functions.
- Oversee budget, timelines, and project risks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate potential system disruptions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in core system upgrades/transformations.
- Background in banking, legal, insurance or similar regulated environments.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
