Description

  • Managing the purchase ledger, ensuring all invoices are accurately recorded.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure all payments are up to date.
  • Processing of payment runs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting with month-end procedures and reports in the finance department.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and resolving any queries or disputes.
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc duties within the finance team as required.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the finance team.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

  • A solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
