About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant to join a Finance Transformation Consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to support, implement, and configure SAGE Intacct solutions. With a comprehensive 3-month onboarding process, you’ll become a subject matter expert in SAGE Intacct, guiding clients through financial implementations and ensuring seamless transitions. If you have a strong finance background, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Scoping and Solution Requirements: Assist the SAGE sales team on calls to understand and define client requirements, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Manage the finance aspects of engagements, handling everything from planning to final execution.
  • System Configuration: Configure the system to handle financial transactions as per each client’s specific needs.
  • Client Advisory: Advise clients on their implementation journey, providing clear guidance and best practices.
  • Project Governance: Ensure that projects are structured with solid governance and effective organisation to achieve success.
  • Problem Solving & Product Boundaries: Identify system limitations and work with clients and vendors to find optimal solutions.
  • Technical Implementation Support: Oversee the end-to-end technical setup of Sage Intacct for clients, including data migration and transformation.
  • User Training & Acceptance Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing and conduct training sessions to empower clients with confidence in their new system.
  • Project Handover: Deliver well-documented handovers to support teams, ensuring a smooth transition after project completion.
  
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Essential experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills, especially in handling multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability in analytical and problem-solving, with excellent attention to detail.
