The Opportunity

  • Our client is looking to employ a technically proficient senior commercial account handler to join their corporate team.
  • This role will assume the management of client programmes across multiple business sectors and insurances. Includes some more complex programmes.
  • There is a portfolio of diverse clients including businesses in the Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Technology sectors with an element of reverse flow business.
  • Successful candidate will manage all aspects of the client relationship and ensure clients receive exceptional advice and guidance at all times.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate client interaction with specialist teams offering technical advice across a range of insurance and risk management services.

Successful Candidates

  • Will demonstrate experience of the Commercial Insurance market. Some experience in a Senior Account Handling, Broking, customer service or sales role would be welcome. Other professionals with exposure to any aspect of the commercial insurance market in a client facing role will be considered.
  • Exposure to the corporate sector would be of interest.
  • Excellent communicators with proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates will be technically competent, possess a good eye for detail and be comfortable around complex reporting and MI.
  • Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines. An energetic professional with a positive mindset and good IT skills.
  • Looking to build a long-term career. This role will lead to a variety of career opportunities.
