Trinity House Group are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic, fast-paced business, known for its innovation and leadership in their sector. They are looking for an accomplished professional to collaborate with their senior sales leadership team, driving growth and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leaders to develop financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis and forecasting to inform key business decisions.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes specific to the sales division.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, driving proactive solutions to enhance financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments to promote financial literacy and effective resource management.
  • Prepare and present high-quality financial reports to senior management.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

About You:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with ate least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in a similar role within a fast-paced business environment, ideally working closely with sales or commercial teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities, with the confidence to challenge and guide senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
