As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the FP&A team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. You will work closely with key stakeholders, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic financial insights in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties for this Senior Finance Manager role are:
- Lead the FP&A function, ensuring accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Provide strategic financial support to senior leadership and department heads
- Develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyse financial data and identify trends to support business growth
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
- Present financial insights and recommendations to the executive team
Key Requirements
The key requirements for this Senior Finance Manager role are:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Significant experience in FP&A, with strong leadership and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Degree in accountancy, economics, business or related field.
