Senior FP&A Manager
Location: Birmingham City CentreSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus

Our client, a fast-growing and forward-thinking business, is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing critical insight to senior leadership and shaping the company's financial strategy.
The Role:
- Own the financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and insight
- Develop financial models and scenario planning to support business strategy
- Provide analysis on key performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities
- Present financial insights to senior management, influencing strategic decision-making
- Lead and mentor a small FP&A team, fostering a high-performance culture
The Person:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with extensive FP&A experience
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide strategic financial insight
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations
