Treasury Manager | Hybrid | 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Overview:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-respected Midlands based housing association in order to recruit a Treasury Manager on a 9 month FTC basis to cover maternity leave, ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities.

Role:

As the Treasury Manager, you will help facilitate financing for an ambitious new homes program and provide insightful analysis to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily cashflow reviews across group companies

Own the process of security valuations for new funding

Manage month end Treasury journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis

Explore new banking or capital market options

Maintain relationships with the legal property team and external valuers

The successful person will be/have:

Proven track record in a similar role

Effective communication with senior stakeholders

Experience within social housing (preferred)

Availability to start immediately (preferred)
