An exciting opportunity to work as an Account Manager for an Innovative Fintech has become available in Birmingham City Centre on a full time, permanent basis with a company who offer progression and long term development. If successful in applying, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, if you’re somebody collaborative, organised and result focused with a strong background within previous client facing work this would be ideal for this position. You will enjoy a hybrid role, working 2 to 3 days in office, with a salary of up to 45k!

Within this role, you will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you primarily will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients around the UK, involving;

- Establishing and Maintaining client relationships

- Creation of a stakeholder management plan

- Monthly reviews and reporting

- Ensuring client satisfaction and being able to quantify this

- Good working knowledge of local government, finance and procurement

Successful applicants will have a proven track record of managing a client portfolio, solid communication skills and a great eye for detail. Experience or knowledge around local government, finance and procurement would be advantageous for this position but isn’t essential!
