The role is based in Cannock, West Midlands, but covers clients across England and Wales. Whether engaging remotely or face-to-face, your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding, including regional travel to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding financial planning services that prioritise excellent client outcomes
- Conducting in-depth review meetings to understand client goals and financial aspirations
- Building strong, lasting relationships that span generations and professional networks
- Working closely with an experienced admin team to analyse information, conduct research, and create comprehensive financial plans
- Growing your client bank through proactive and consistent business development
- Staying up to date with changes in the financial landscape, including regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless and impactful client experience
- Upholding a culture of compliance and professionalism, aligned with internal and regulatory standards
- Receiving 1-2-1 mentoring, training and support from the CEO
What Were Looking For:
- Diploma Level 4 in Financial Advice (minimum requirement)
- At least two years' experience in a financial advice role
- A genuine passion for financial planning and client service
- Strong motivation, a positive attitude, and a commitment to professional growth
- A proactive approach to staying current with industry trends and innovations
