Are you an experienced financial services administrator, looking for an IFA Administration role working with a close-knit team.This role offers a generous package and opportunities for development.

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Adviser.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Preparing for client meetings including quote requests, obtaining valuations and appropriate literature
  • Preparing and submitting applications and supporting documents to product providers
  • Chasing providers until case completion, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Inputting new business proposals to the back-office system in line with Company procedures, ensuring data is updated in full to ensure correct MI reporting
  • Working with an adviser to follow the full new business process until completion
  • Dealing with day-to-day client and provider enquiries
  • Obtaining relevant information from providers

The candidate:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Relevant experience within a financial services / wealth management environment
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Eager to enjoy work within a high achieving and committed team.
