Job Description:

We are working with a thriving wealth management firm in Birmingham City Centre; their goal is to provide clients with independent financial advice that helps their clients to retain their wealth. Our client is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their dynamic, friendly team due to growth of the business. The client is looking for an individual with previous financial planning experience, who is looking for a long term career in the financial planning profession.

Responsibilities:

• Updating the CRM and ensuring this is always compliant

• Processing new business

• Assist with quotations and illustrations

• Point of contact for client enquiries

• Packs and portfolio reports for client meetings

• Working alongside paraplanners and advisers to support all parts of financial planning
