This hybrid working Paraplanner job in the Midlands is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial planning firm

You will be providing a full paraplanning function to one of their Senior Financial Advisors, ensuring client service and compliance are always delivered. The business is building an infrastructure to have a 2:1 ratio of back office team to Financial Advisors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining client files and client reviews
  • Building cash flow models
  • Undertaking research to identify appropriate financial planning solutions
  • Preparing recommendations and suitability reports
  • Identifying areas for further financial planning
  • Liaising with the client’s legal and tax advisors
  • Overseeing implementation of recommendations, completion of application forms and ensuring all compliance is in order
  • Attending client meetings on occasions
  • Establishing and building strong relationships with clients

Paraplanner Requirements

  • You should have experience as a Paraplanner
  • You should have excellent suitability report writing skills
  • Experience of using cash flow modelling would be preferable
  • Individuals holding full Diploma or close to achieving this would be preferable
  • You must be enthusiastic for your profession; be forward thinking; do the right thing and actively care for your clients and colleagues
