With a collaborative and high performance culture, the company is focused on delivering excellence through teamwork, continuous improvement, and strong operational standards.The RoleAs a Cell Leader, you will be responsible for managing one production line, leading a team of operatives within this food manufacturing business. This is a hands on leadership role focused on achieving food safety, quality, and operational targets in a fast moving, chilled food manufacturing environment.You’ll be responsible for assigning roles, completing documentation, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring compliance with GMP and health & safety standards. You will rotate across different product areas within this food business. Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve GMP scores above and plan attainment
  • Complete CCP and traceability documentation accurately
  • Monitor and improve line performance, reduce waste
  • Support and train permanent and temporary team members
  • Raise health and safety concerns proactively
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and audit standards
What You’ll Need
  • Previous food manufacturing experience (essential)
  • Experience in high-risk food environments (beneficial)
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Strong background in quality control and auditing
  • Problem-solving ability in fast-paced settings
  • Confident communicator, able to work in multilingual environments
