Position starting March 2025 Pay - £14ph may be negotiable depending on experience Working hours - 7am - 4pm (may differ slightly)Working days - Monday - FridayThe role - * Load and unload goods onto pallets or shelves.* Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure the Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) is in good safe working order.* Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.* Replenish stock * Assist with stock control and inventory management.* Manage disposal of waste packaging* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse area.* Perform general warehouse duties as required, including manual handling tasks.* Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.The candidate will require -* A current valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)* Previous warehouse experience* Good understanding of both written and verbal English* The ability to work as part of a team* Previous experience operating a reach truck and counter balance in a warehouse or distribution environment.* Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.* Good physical fitness, as the role will involve manual handling.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Based - Erdington Bham (similar roles available in Aston and West Bromwich areas)Duration - long term work for the right candidates Please submit CV in the first instance
