Customs and Compliance Clerk

Right Now Group are working with a Medium-sized Forwarder in Birmingham, assisting them with their search for a Customs and Compliance Clerk.The ideal candidate will have extensive customs experience and proven record of managing compliance processes. Responsibilities for Customs and Compliance Clerk:

• Maintaining AEO Accreditation
• Supporting with Reclaims, in month adjustments and C18 Submissions
• Trade Compliance - Brokerage Audits (Customs)
• Implement Preventative measures
• Ensuring to stay up to date with customs updates
• Internal audits

Requirements for Customs and Compliance Clerk:

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Compliance and Customs Background (1-2 years)
• Enthusiastic and capable of working in a fast paced environment
