CargoWise Specialist

Right Now Group are working with an International Freight Forwarder based in Birmingham, looking for a Cargowise Specialist to join their BPO Operations Team.The ideal candidate will be a Cargowise Certified Professional with a deep understanding of all of the modules, with at least 3 years within Freight Forwarding.Responsibilities:

• Support department reviews in line with the business improvement team
• Document all requirements and background information
• Identify and formulate possible solutions in CW1 - Workflow/Tags/Reports/Milestones
• Evaluate pros and cons of each scenarios and compatibility with existing constraints
• Finalise solution and ensure responsible stakeholders are aware of spec and agreed timelines

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of CW1 and all of the modules
• Cargowise certified (CCP) Cargowise Certified Professional
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Have a professional, flexible, and personable approach to user
• Be comfortable communicating at all levels including board level.
• Have good communications skills, written, telephone and personal.
