Our client in Birmingham is seeking an experienced airfreight/seafreight export clerk with strong start-to-finish export experience.
The role involves arranging collections, cutting AWBs, completing customs entries, and providing quotes.
Candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills while working to tight deadlines.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.

NEW VACANCY - Our client based in Birmingham is recruiting for an experienced airfreight / Seafreight export clerk who has strong experience start - finish in exports

Duties will include:

- Arranging collections and contacting shipping companies

- Cutting AWB's and MAWB / HAWB

- Completing customs entries

- Offering quotes and negotiating rates

- Bookings with cargo handlers and airlines

- Providing a high level of customer service

You must be well organised, have strong communication skills and work towards tight deadlines.

Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm must be flexible
