I am recruiting for a Junior Operations Clerk to join their new start up office based in the Birmingham area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing freight company and progress in the freight forwarding industry!

You will be trained in the below:

Assisting operations with bookings
Tracking shipments
Updating customers
Quoting customers
Arranging collections and deliveries
Liaising with the transport department to plan deliveries and collections
Handling queries
General admin

Experience needed:

Good admin skills
Bright, outgoing and keen to learn
Excellent communication skills
IT literate

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
