Connaught Resourcing ,specialise in Early years recruitment, working with a number of nurseries setting throughout the West Midlands.
Currently, we are looking for qualified Early years practitioners for short term, long term assignments as well as permanent roles.

Successful candidates will have the following.
- Good understanding of EYFS
- Good communication skills
- Able to take care of young children from the ages of 16 months to 3 years
- Able to do journals
- Flexible attitude and have a passion for growing young minds
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working with young children
- Have a level 2, 3 or above in Childcare
