Long term futures are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work in the Selly Oak area with young children at nursery age to facilitate a safe and developmental environment. This role is crucial for the progression of young minds and early education.

Key responsibilities:
- Observing and recording the development of children in your care
- Planning engaging sessions for children to participate in
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Identify developmental points to help children grow
- Be able to form bonds for better communication with young children
Qualifications:
- Early years practitioner qualifications desired
- Knowledge of safeguarding and how to implement
- Experience working with young children in a school/nursery setting
- Have the ability to create a supportive and caring environment
