Your Role:

  • Design and deliver dynamic, engaging, and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students.
  • Regularly assess and track student progress, using both formative and summative assessment strategies.
  • Work closely with colleagues, including the SENCO and support staff, to ensure that all students, regardless of their starting point, feel included and are given the tools they need to succeed. This includes adapting resources and approaches for students with additional needs.
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents and guardians through regular communication and involvement in their child's educational journey.
  • Actively participate in the wider school community, including attending staff meetings, contributing to curriculum development, and taking part in extracurricular activities that enhance the educational experience for all students.
