A client of ours based in Birmingham are looking to hire a 2nd line engineer, an established business in the area that are looking to grow.

This 2nd line engineer role would be ideal for someone who is looking to work for an exciting company in a varied role.

A key thing the Manager will look for is someone who is confident, has clear communication skills & comes from a 2nd line or 1st and 2nd line role.

It would be great if you are familiar with working in an ITIL environment.

It is important in this 2nd line engineer role that you have experience with troubleshooting, creating user accounts and basic networking.

Please note a driving licence is essential for this role.
