AC Engineer Salary: £58,000 + Relocation package + Internal and external training + Optional Overtime + Progression opportunities + Van + Tools + Healthcare.Location: Guernsey, Channel Islands (Relocation Package).Are you a FGAS Qualified AC Engineer looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to relocate to Guernsey working for a well established facilities management company offering training and development opportunities?On offer is this excellent role where you will receive industry leading training to develop your technical skills into building maintenance services and optional overtime to help increase your earnings.This is a well established company who work amongst the channel islands and have major growth plans. They are looking for AC Engineers due to recent project wins. On offer is this fantastic role where you will perform general AC servicing/maintenance tasks within commercial properties working as part of a wider project team. You can also expect to receive further BMS training. This role would suit an AC Engineer interested in relocating to Guernsey where they will join a company fully invested in helping develop their technical skills through internal and external training.The Role:

• AC work within commercial properties.
• Reactive Maintenance.
• Internal and external training (BMS)
• Relocation package up to £3k.

The Candidate:

• Experience working within commercial properties.
• FGAS.
• Willing to relocate to Guernsey.
