My client is in the Education sector, based in Longbridge and they're looking for an Administrator to join their busy HR/Administration team.
- Your duties will involve updating the Single Central Register.
- Scanning and filing documents that have been obtained from doing various checks such as ID, Compliance, References, Education and DBS checks.
- Preparing paperwork and checking files prior to Ofsted inspections.
- Inputting date and other information onto various systems.
- You will also be supporting the team with contract and onboarding administration-based duties.
- You will need to have previous Administration experience, ideally in a central records, auditing or compliance environment.
