Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to support our operations by managing schedules, updating planning tools, and ensuring smooth coordination across various tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working with planning tools (such as Excel).
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage job packs for our team of operatives
* Book appointments for trades and manage operatives diaries to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Update and maintain planning tools (primarily Excel) for accurate scheduling and reporting
* Review completion packs and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date
* Prepare weekly reports and track progress on ongoing projects
* Provide general administrative support as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience with Excel or other planning tools
* Previous experience in an administrative or planning role is an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
