Do you want an extra bit of cash for the Christmas period? Then look no further as we are looking for a dedicated candidate to work with one of our clients on a 3 month fixed term contract. This is an entry level admin role, we can consider people from most backgrounds as long as you are IT Literate, hard working and organised! Duties of the Archiving Assistant:* Provide full archiving support to Managers and the Administration team - i.e. scanning, filing electronically, archiving, and updating the archiving report* Liaise with the Office Support Lead, to arrange the pickup of archiving boxes* Always ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements/ procedures

To be successful as an Archiving Assistant you must have:* The ability to learn and develop knowledge of internal systems* Strong written and verbal communication* Reliability, enthusiasm, initiative, self-motivation, and integrity are essential characteristic* Previous client-facing administrative experience is desirable, but not essential* Superb attention to detail, Proactive and driven nature, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)

You must be able to pass credit, DBS and financial checks. We need full commitment before starting checks as these come at a cost the the business.
