We are seeking an ASB and Safeguarding Officer for a well-established housing organization with a hybrid working model in Leicester.
The position is temporary, requiring 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, and offers a salary of £23-26 per hour, paid weekly via an umbrella company.
Candidates should have experience in managing their own case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding, and tenancy fraud.
The role involves working closely with tenants to reduce the risk of tenancy failure and making referrals to statutory agencies.
An immediate start is available for applicants with relevant experience in a reputable company.

We are looking for an ASB and Safeguarding Officer to join the team of a well established housing organisation.
This role is offering a hybrid position and immediate start.

ASB and Safeguarding Officer

Mon-Fri/ 35 hours
Leicester ( hybrid working)
£23-26ph paid weekly via umbrella

As an ASB and Safeguarding officer, you will be:

Dealing with tenants in regards to reducing the risk of tenancy failure
Managing a case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
Ensuring tenants receive good customer service and communication through out
Making appropriate referrals to statutory agencies and other organisations
Instigating tenancy enforcement and court action, working closely with the legal team

As an ASB and Safeguarding Officer, you will have:

Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud
Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
Investigated ASB and tenancy related issues
Worked with vulnerable customers and enforcement of tenancy conditions
