Our client a well-established and growing specialist and multi-disciplined surveying consultancy who are looking for an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join their growing company on a remote / hybrid basis covering the West Midlands area on a full time, permanent basis.

They are a specialist in providing building surveying services, academy surveying, funding and estates strategy planning to their education clients nationwide. The Associate Director level Building Surveyor will be involved in the delivery of new build and refurbishment education projects. In addition to building estates and energy strategies to academies trusts.

Associate Director - Position Overview

  • Estate's strategy, contract administration and project-based works
  • Working with clients on projects across the Birmingham area
  • Reporting to their Leicester head office once per week
  • Working with and reporting to the Managing Director
  • Delivering and managing education refurbishment and new build construction projects
  • Working with academies trusts on estates and energy strategies

Associate Director - Position Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a consultancy environment
  • MRICS qualified
  • The ability to bring education clients with yourself and complete Business development duties.
  • Knowledge of building and construction in the education sector would be ideal
  • A driving licence is essential due to the nature of the work
  • Strong communication skills

Associate Director - Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £55k - £70k (Guide only - DOE)
  • Holiday Allowance: 25 Days + Bank holiday + 3 Days Christmas
  • Discretionary bonus
