Associate Partner Surveyor (MRICS Qualified) Job in Birmingham, West Midlands

Associate Partner job available in Birmingham with one of the UK's top real estate and property consultancies. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer, with experience in the infrastructure and/or rural sectors. The role offers a competitive salary of 55,000 - 65,000, along with a 5,300 car allowance, enhanced holiday benefits, and more!

While infrastructure experience is strongly preferred, candidates with commercial or residential backgrounds who have a keen interest in infrastructure are welcome to apply. Role & Responsibilities

  • Work with the infrastructure team and focus on acquisition, valuation and advice for clients
  • Lead new business development, tenders, and fostering client relationships
  • Conduct valuations on rural land and property
  • Negotiation of compensation claims
  • Management and mentoring of the wider surveying team
  • Travel across the region as and when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Registered Valuer, essential
  • CPO knowledge
  • Line management experience in a similar role
  • Business development and client-facing experience
  • Experience in Rural, Infrastructure, or similar
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
