A leading and renowned conference and events venue is recruiting for an Audio Visual ProjectManager to join their AV team to deliver world class and unforgettable events.

You’ll be responsible for working with the Sales and Operations teams in delivering the overall aims and objectives of the company. Whilst managing all technical aspects of the conference and events business.

Be responsible for managing and leading a team to deliver the technical aspects and giving customers the best experience. Maximizing on opportunities to enhance the delivery and profit.

What you will need for this role:

  • Proven experience in audio, visual and video production for live events
  • Experience of managing budgets and resources
  • Experience of developing and managing live events
  • Proficient understand and operational knowledge of audio and video systems, technology with troubleshooting and fault finding abilities
  • Good understanding of hybrid/virtual conferencing equipment and platforms
  • Flexible working hours including some evenings and weekends depending on business needs
  • Professional presentation, excellent verbal communication with external clients and various departments internally
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Experience of leading, training and developing a team
  • Very strong organisation and administrative skills
  • Have experience of managing external contractors and clients
